Jamie Lynn Spears is engaged

Britney Spears' engagement to Jason Trawick may be off, but the singer still has a wedding to get ready for.

The 31-year-old's younger sister, Jamie Lynn, announced on her Twitter account Sunday that she's engaged.

"Guesssss what??????" the younger Spears tweeted with a link to an Instagram photo that showed her smiling with her now-fiancé, Jamie Watson.

Spears, 21, and Watson, 30, have been dating for three years, Watson told the New York Post's Page Six in January.

"#Hedidgood," Spears added on another Instgram shot that offered a closeup of her engagement ring.

According to Us Weekly, the former Nickelodeon star was previously engaged to Casey Aldridge, the father of her 4-year-old daughter, Maddie. The magazine reports that her relationship with Aldridge ended in 2010.

With her younger sister ready to tie the knot, big sister Britney tweeted that she's overjoyed.

"So excited and happy for my sister," she posted Sunday night. "(C)ongrats @jamielynnspears -- love you."

Britney was previously set to marry Jason Trawick, but, in a mutual decision, the couple announced their split in January.

"I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends," Britney said at the time.
