Sumner Redstone, the majority owner and chairman of National Amusements, which owns CBS, Viacom and MTV Networks, paid his wife, Phyllis, $100 million after the two divorced after 52 years of marriage. Following the 1999 divorce, Redstone eventually remarried Paula Fortunato, another marriage that ended in divorce.
