"There are two things that make this new channel special; one is the incredible MGM movie library; the second is the ability to add local sports or programming when needed to make This TV Abilene a new favorite for viewers in Abilene and the Big Country" commented Kyle Krebs, Vice-President and General Manager for KTXS/KTXE/This TV Abilene/CW Abilene.

This TV Abilene and KTES-LP will air in analog on channel 40 in the Abilene area and will also be rebroadcast in full-digital power on 12.3 to the full Big Country covering over 18 counties on the KTXS-DT tower.

Viewers that are looking for Telemundo will continue to find it on Suddenlink Cable Channel 15. This TV Abilene has been upgraded to the digital/HD tier and will air on channel 126 on Suddenlink systems in Abilene, Sweetwater, and Snyder.
