Tamryn Klapheke, 22 months old, died in late August as a result of of what authorities said was severe neglect. Her mother -- Tiffany N. Klapheke, 21, a military dependent to a U.S. Air Force member currently deployed -- was arrested in late August for three counts of felony injury to a child. Two other children were hospitalized.
