An Abilene man is behind bars after he was found with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Joel Marcus Garcia was arrested over the weekend after the Abilene Police Department executed a search warrant at his home.

During the search he allegedly had a usable amount of marijuana--around four grams.

Garcia also had packaging material and scales.

He was arrested for outstanding warrants and Class B possession of marijuana.
