An Abilene woman told police her neighbors used an extension cord to use her electricity and power their side of the duplex while she was out of town for 19 days.

The incident was reported in the 700 block of Clinton Street.

According to police, the victim discovered the extension cord when she got back in town, but her neighbors had already moved out at the end of June.
