Home sales have taken a sizable dip for the month of June.

In June, 147 homes sold in the Abilene area. That's according to the Abilene Board of Realtors. That number is down compared to 174 homes sold during June of 2011.

There is one number, however, that is up. That's the median home price, which was at $128,000 for June 2012. In June 2011 the median home price was just under $116,000.
