Police say Case Cooper Nelson was leaving the fireworks show at Nelson Park on Wednesday night when he almost hit a police officer.
According to police, Nelson had two kids in the car -- age 7 and 8-months-old.
Because there were kids in the car, Nelson was charged with felony DWI.
