The Taylor County Sheriff's Department says 29-year-old Joshua Perkins was arrested for online solicitation of a minor.

Authorities tell us Perkins was arrested when he arrived at an unknown location in Abilene to have sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Perkins is in the Taylor County Jail on a $50,0000 bond.
