An Abilene man was indicted for allegedly having sex with a young girl on multiple occasions.

Police say Mario Lopez had sexual intercourse with a girl younger than 14 at a home on the north side of town.

Lopez was found at a house and was arrested for first degree felony sexual assault of a child.
