Abilene man, woman indicted for allegedly storing meth in child's playroom
An Abilene man and woman were indicted Thursday for allegedly storing hundreds of grams of liquid methamphetamine in a child's playroom.
In January, police executed a search warrant at the home of Nathan Burleson, 29, April Weaver, 30, on Palm Street near McMurry University.
Police allegedly found approximately 855 grams of liquid meth and components for a lab in a child's playroom within the home. Officers also reported finding a usable amount of marijuana in their home.
A Taylor County grand jury indicted the pair Thursday for possession of meth with intent to deliver in a drug free zone.
