A 23-year-old woman allegedly responsible for two separate car accidents was indicted Thursday.

According to police, Teresa Thetford, hit a light pole at Sayles and South 14th and kept on going until she hit a car at the intersection of Buffalo Gap Road and South 27th Street.

The driver of the car that Thetford hit was taken to a local hospital.

Police arrested Thetford for intoxication assault and an outstanding DWI warrant.
