A Lexus and Toyota SUV collided near the intersection of Loop 322 and East Highway 80.
The accident happened around noon Tuesday.
Police said the SUV was exiting the loop and stopped at a stop sign. It then pulled out in front of the Lexus, crashing into it.
An 82-year-old woman passenger in the Lexus was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the SUV was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
