American Commercial College campus in Shreveport closes

SHREVEPORT, Louisiana -

The American Commercial College in Shreveport, LA has closed.

The ACC Abilene campus came under fire after an investigation and report accused them of filing false information with state and federal authorities.

As of Dec. 31, 2012, ACC in Abilene will lose its certificate of approval, according to Texas Workforce Commission. ACC has an appeal on file, but no hearing date has been set.

Texas Workforce Commission said there is no paperwork on file regarding the closure of the Abilene and Lubbock ACC campuses.
