A Brownwood doctor has surrendered his medical license.
The Texas Medical Board and Darey Philbrick, M.D. entered into an agreed order of voluntary surrender. The board had concerns about Dr. Philbrick's prescribing practices and medical record keeping.
Dr. Philbrick gave up his license to divert disciplinary action.
At it's June 7th meeting, the board disciplined 37 licensed physicians and issued 3 cease and desist orders statewide.
