A Brown County jury sentenced a Brownwood woman to 40 years in prison Wednesday in a drug trafficking case.
28-year-old Breanna Spencer plead guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.
Spencer was one of three people arrested following a traffic stop in Blanket back in January.
Deputies found 14 grams of methamphetamine and a half-pound of marijuana in a safe in the bed of a pick-up truck.
That traffic stop led to Operation Baker's Dozen, the drug trafficking roundup in May that led to multiple arrests.
