Cause of Lake Brownwood house fire determined

On Monday fire destroyed a Lake Brownwood home in the 6900 block of County Road 569. Fire Marshal Buddy Preston said the possible cause of the fire was a heater in the living room.
Preston said the wood frame home is a total loss.Fortunately, no one was home at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
