Taylor County’s district attorney has decided to dismiss child endangerment charges against an Abilene man.
Brady Holder was changed with leaving an 8-year-old child in a car alone while he and a woman were inside a nearby bar on New Year’s Eve.
Holder’s attorney argued the charges were too broad, vague, and attempted to punish innocent conduct.
A judge agreed and quashed the indictment – and the district attorney elected to dismiss the charges against Holder.
