At 5:35 AM Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Hwy 277. The vehicle hit a deer. No injuries were reported.
At 10:01 AM Deputies responded to an advice call on Peppergrass Lane in Potosi. Calling party was requesting advice on subjects shooting in an unsafe manner. Deputies made contact with the subjects and determined there was no problem with their shooting but gave them advice on further safety precautions that could be taken.
At 10:36 AM dispatch received a report of stray livestock on FM 1235. The owners of the livestock arrived on scene and deputies assisted with penning the cattle.
At 12:03 PM Deputies responded to a call of cruelty to animals on CR 606.
At 5:28 PM a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on I20 at MM 279. The passenger of the vehicle was a subject known to have a felony warrant. The subject was taken into custody and booked into the Taylor County Jail.
At 5:39 PM dispatch received a call of a suspicious person on Antilley Road. Calling party stated there was a male subject sitting down the road watching a house. Deputies made contact with the subject, who advised he had left his residence due to a disturbance. Officers contacted the other subject involved in the disturbance, and both parties stated everything was verbal in nature.
At 7:57 PM Deputies responded to a disturbance on CR 318. Subjects were in a custody dispute over a child. Deputies advised them that this would be a civil matter and they needed to consult an attorney. The owner of the property did wish to have the other subject criminally trespassed from his property.
