Flights diverted to ABI

ABILENE, Texas -

Christmas travelers experienced slight airport delays Tuesday morning from the wintry weather.

Passengers flying out of Abilene regional airport faced bumps in their commute.

According to airport officials only one flight was cancelled.

Two DFW bound flights diverted to ABI due to snow in the Dallas area. Those passengers are spending the night at a hotel in Abilene.
