A group of nearly three dozen girls took part in a special activity on the campus of ACU Saturday.

The girls were part of the first STEM program.

STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mechanics.

They each got the opportunity to do hands-on activities in fields ranging from Physics to Speech Pathology. The program is lead by ACU faculty and students.
