There are several construction projects coming to the Big Country this week.
In Jones County, traffic on FM 1082 at Lake Fort Phantom Hill Dam will be down to one lane. Crews will be conducting pavement edge inspection and repairs. Two way traffic will be routed through the one open lane with temporary traffic signals.
Crews will be working on East Lake Road. They are finishing up the road base on the east side of the road.
Some extra time may be required if you're traveling on FM 89. A project there is expected to slow traffic.
Beginning today, crews will pick up work on the median crossovers on I-20 from Nolan to Callahan County.
