Hundreds attend Sweetwater Christmas Parade

The Annual Christmas Parade kicked off the holiday season Monday in Sweetwater.
Floats lined up at 4 p.m. Monday in the Higginbotham parking lot. A total of 22 floats participated in the parade. The parade theme was "Peace on Earth."
The parade, which started at 4:30 p.m., traveled west down Broadway.
The Sweetwater Chamber of Commerce hosted the parade. Girl scouts troops, Sweetwater ISD, the Sweetwater Fire Department and many businesses joined in the fun.
