A 48-year-old man was killed in a car accident Sunday morning in Brown County.
William Hite Trosper of Bangs was pronounced dead at Brownwood Regional Hospital, according to The Department of Public Safety
Trosper was driving a 1998 Chevrolet pickup eastbound on U.S. Highway 67 and approached a curve, he crossed over into the westbound lane and onto the westbound shoulder.
The vehicle went into a side skid and overturned. The driver was ejected and the weather was clear and road was dry.
Trosper was not wearing a seat belt.
The crash is still under investigation. The body was taken to Heartland Funeral Home in Brownwood.
