The Scurry County Sheriff's Office confirms to KTXS News that Connie Ostrander, the grandmother of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn, has been arrested on drug charges.
They tell us 49-year-old Ostrander is in the Snyder Jail facing drug charges. She is Hailey Dunn's grandmother and Billie Jean Dunn's mother and was arrested just after 2 p.m. Friday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
She has not been charged with anything in connection with Hailey's disappearance and no bond has been set on the drug charges.
