Most Abilene City offices will be closed for the Labor Day holiday, that doesn't include fire and police.

Citylink buses will not run Monday except for previously scheduled medical transportation.

The municipal court will also be closed.

All citations due on Labor Day will actually be due on Tuesday with no penalty.

The Abilene Civic Center, City Hall, and the Abilene Animal Shelter will also be closed.
