DALLAS (AP) - A Dallas police officer has been killed in a car crash while he was off-duty in South Texas.
Dallas police officials say Sr. Cpl. Recardo Trejo died Saturday in Bexar County.
He was driving alone at the time. No other details about the accident were immediately released.
Trejo had worked for the department for 36 years.
