Investigators say a pilot has suffered minor injuries in the crash of his biplane into a pasture near a North Texas Airport.
The crash happened Thursday night near Northwest Regional Airport in Roanoke. Officials said Phillip Witt of Roanoke suffered minor cuts and bruises.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said the plane apparently lost power after takeoff, went through some fences and flipped while coming to rest in a pasture.
Roanoke is about 25 miles northwest of Dallas.
