Play Faire park is the oldest running miniature golf course in Texas and there's one main reason.

Dads like Jeff Mayor like to bring out their kids for one major reason.

They know that they will have a good time doing something that doesn't require a whole lot of planning.

"It's good, cheap entertainment. It doesn't cost a lot of money out here to play. And it's just a lot of fun. It's challenging." Mayor said.

Today the park celebrated its birthday with quite the party.

A golf tournament during the day, live music during the evening and there was even some birthday cake as the sun went down.
