Houston police say a suspect is in custody in a shooting outside a nightclub last month that left three people dead and wounded two others.
Court records show 24-year-old Feanyichi Uvukansi remained in Harris County Jail without bond, charged with capital murder. Jail records list no attorney for the suspect.
Police spokesman Kese Smith said the 24-year-old suspect was arrested late Tuesday, but the search continues for other suspects.
Police said people were leaving the nightclub about 4 a.m. June 20 when gunfire erupted.
Investigators have said that only one of those shot, 23-year-old Coy Thompson, was targeted. Killed with Thompson were 30-year-old Erica Rochelle Dotson and 31-year-old Carlos Durell Dorsey. Also wounded were 37-year-old Willie Watkins and 31-year-old Frazier Thompson, a Houston rapper known as "Trae Tha Truth."
