The driver of a van says he was blinded by the sun, causing him to rear-end a pump truck.
The accident happened as the van exited I-20 on to U.S. 84 around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The driver of the van was taken to Hendrick Medical Center.
The driver of the pump truck was not injured.
