Sweetwater man shot at Pennsylvania bar

ABILENE, Texas -

A Sweetwater man was shot outside a Pennsylvania bar over the weekend and authorities are still looking for the person they believe is responsible.

It happened around 2:20 a.m. Sunday. According to citizensvoice.com, 23-year-old Jeremy Perez of Sweetwater was shot in the thigh as he was trying to get into the Hardware Bar in Wilkes-Barre, Penn.

Perez was taken to a nearby hospital. Hospital officials said Perez had been discharged.
