Texas State Technical College unveiled a Toyota Prius Hybrid training vehicle Saturday.
TSTC said motor vehicle trends lean towards greener technologies. The car will help students keep up with the times.
"We're seeing more and more hybrids out there so the students can you know probably get out there and learn to work on them and diagnose them," said Si Acuna Program Chairman of TSTC's Automotive Department.
TSTC said the students will be able to gain hands-on experience with the hybrid vehicle.
