Texas police investigate death of nude man

San Antonio police are investigating whether a nude man found dead near a commercial building had fallen from the roof.

Police said a person passing by discovered the bloody body Wednesday morning along a strip mall. Investigators say the man appeared to have suffered head trauma.
    
Police Chief William McManus said investigators are trying to determine if foul play was involved or the man fell from a roof. Police located some clothing nearby.
