Traffic backed up from Nolan County bridge construction

SWEETWATER, Texas -

Road construction backups caused some problems for drivers on I-20 in Sweetwater Sunday evening.

A tractor-trailer crashed into the support columns of the US-84 overpass bridge in September. Backups from that construction caused several minor fender benders that were reported in the area, causing traffic to backup even more according to Nolan County officials.

The bridge will still be under construction for your commute on Monday to work, which could mean some delays.
