Testimony began Tuesday morning in the trial of Ernest Rocha.

In December 2010, a Taylor County grand jury indicted Rocha on the charge of indecency with a child.

The 42-year-old was indicted for allegedly fondling a 14-year-old boy in the swimming pool of a local hotel.

Police said Rocha was dressed as a woman at the time, but someone at the pool realized he was a man and confronted him as other witnesses called the police.
