Truck catches fire near Potosi, spreading to surrounding areas

A truck pulling a trailer caught fire Saturday evening, spreading to surrounding areas.

The Potosi Volunteer Fire Department said a truck driving on Highway 36 pulled into a driveway after the transmission caught fire.

The fire spread to the grass around the vehicle, but firefighters were able to quickly put it out.

No one was injured.
