Officials say two men have died following a shooting in the parking lot of a Houston restaurant that may have been drug-related.
The shooting happened Monday evening in the parking lot of a Taco Cabana restaurant.
Police said the victims were in a sport utility vehicle when a man in another car opened fire on them. The driver of the SUV drove away after the shooting but lost control and crashed nearby.
According to the Houston Chronicle, one man died at the scene and the second died at a nearby hospital after being rushed there.
The gunman left the scene after the shooting.
