Two Abilene men were arrested for allegedly racing down E. S. 11th Street.
According to police, two men -- John Wayne Bennett, 29, and Austin Clint Wilcox, 26 -- were racing down E. S. 11th Street. They were clocked at 70 mph.
The pair admitted to police that they work with each other and that they were in fact racing each other.
Both men were arrested for racing on a highway.
