Sandy Lowe has been named campaign director for United Way of Abilene.
Lowe brings 11 years of United Way experience to the table. Her engagement with United Way began as a Loaned Executive for United Way of the Coastal Bend in Corpus Christi, where she later became campaign director.
As campaign director, Lowe will be responsible for direction and management of all aspects of the annual giving campaign.
Lowe responded to her new position by saying, “I am excited to join United Way of Abilene as campaign director. It’s a privilege to be part of the United Way family and to be focused on opportunities that positively impact so many people in the area.”
United Way of Abilene will kick off the 2013 annual giving campaign with a luncheon on August 16 at the Civic Center.
