This weekend hundreds are gathering for the Woodson High School Reunion.
Up until the 1960's, Woodson High was the segregated school for blacks in Abilene.
The chairman of the reunion said generations of Woodson students come together this week in July to celebrate their accomplishments.
A banquet and dance will be held Saturday night at the Abilene Civic Center at 7:30 p.m.
A farewell and memorial lunch will be held Sunday at Ben E. Keith at 2149 cottonwood St. at 1 p.m.
