An Abilene woman has been indicted for the second time for allegedly smoking methamphetamine in front of two children.
Kimberly Hollon, 35, was arrested in June. According to court records, she and her boyfriend, 33-year-old Clemente Luna, allegedly smoked the drug in the presence of two 4-year-olds.
Police said the children’s hair tested positive for meth.
Hollon and Luna were indicted for state jail felony injury to a child in August; however, the wording to Hollon’s indictment was changed and a Taylor County grand jury re-indicted her Thursday.
