A red Toyota pickup traveling west on I-20 – at mile marker 292 near Elmdale Road – rolled multiple times Tuesday after his back right tire blew out.

The driver, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to Hendrick Medical Center, where his condition wasn’t immediately known.

The accident occurred about 2:15 p.m.

It wasn’t known if any citations would be issued, but authorities said alcohol didn’t appear to have been a factor.
