Washington, D.C. -

An Abilene Christian University graduate is part of a historic case that's before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Lori Windham, senior counsel at the "Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and a 2001 graduate of ACU, is arguing the case for Hobby Lobby. The Christian-owned, craft store giant is in a battle with the Obama administration.

As part of the Affordable Care Act, Hobby Lobby objects to being required to provide its employees with pills meant to terminate pregnancies.

Windham went on to Harvard Law School after she graduated from ACU.

The Supreme Court is expected to announce a decision in the Hobby Lobby case in late June.
