March 27, 2013
10:17 a.m. – Deputies responded to Prosperity Road in Potosi for a theft and criminal mischief.
11:04 a.m. – Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on FM 126. No injuries reported.
2 p.m. – Deputies responded to check welfare on FM 614 for a male subject with a bandage on his head walking in the bar ditch. Deputies were unable to locate any subject matching that description in the area.
3:54 p.m. – Received a report of a dog behaving aggressively on Handsome Jack Road in Potosi. The dog was determined to be vicious towards deputies and was transported to the Abilene Animal Shelter.
5:41 p.m. – Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on FM 382. Vehicle had rolled over into a field. One subject received minor injuries.
6:01 p.m. – Deputies responded to a stray livestock call on FM 1235. The owner was contacted and had someone respond to pen the cattle.
6:29 p.m. – Received a call of a disturbance on Mesquite Lane in Hamby. Calling party was trying to repossess a vehicle and the owner was waving a shovel at him refusing to let him near the vehicle. Deputies arrived on scene and determined it to be a civil matter. Calling party left the scene and the homeowner locked his gate.
