The city of Abilene is wanting your opinions about parks and housing to help them plan for the future.
Opinions and concerns from the community are being requested for the future of Abilene's parks.
Two public meetings will be held Tuesday, Mar. 4 at the Abilene Civic Center. The first meeting will be at 11 a.m. and the second will be at 5:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, city officials also want to hear from the public about housing and community development needs.
The Office of Neighborhood Services will hold a public meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 4 in the Training and Emergency Operations Center conference room, located in the basement of City Hall at 555 Walnut St.
Input from that public hearing will be passed along to the City Council for recommendations about the housing budget and action plan.
