SNYDER, Texas - The investigation into the murder of a 33-year-old Colorado City man continued Thursday, as an autopsy was performed and the homicide suspect remained in Scurry County Jail.
That's according to Snyder Police Chief Terry Luecke, who noted Robert Silva's death occurred at a motel in the 1000 block of 25th Street.
Accused of murdering Siliva is Nicole Mann, a 24-year-old Snyder woman whose bond has been set at $100,000. She hadn't bailed out of Scurry County Jail as of Thursday afternoon.

According to police reports, the shooting came after an altercation between Mann, Silva and an unidentified 28-year-old man at the 25th Street motel.
Police have declined to say exactly what happened before Mann allegedly shot and killed Silva.
