Family Dollar suspect sought
ABILENE, Texas -

Abilene police continue to search for a suspect in the July 16 robbery of the Family Dollar store on Mockingbird Lane.

On Thursday, police re-released a picture of the man they're looking for taken from surveillance video at the store.

The man allegedly showed a gun during the robbery. He was wearing camo clothing and left the scene on a bicycle. No one was injured.

Here’s information on the suspect provided by the Abilene Police Department on Thursday:

The suspect has been described as a black male, in his 40’s, with an approximate height of 5-feet, 9-inches. He has a medium build and was described as wearing a camouflage-type jacket with a white undershirt. The suspect was also described as wearing a dark hat and appeared to be clean shaven. Again, the suspect was last seen fleeing the crime scene with a bicycle and may use it as his primary means of transportation.
