Nearly 100 people gathered Friday evening in front of the home where teen Hailey Dunn was last seen alive to pray and remember her life.

Authorities confirmed Friday that human remains found in March in Scurry County belonged to the middle school cheerleader.

The home had been the scene of numerous vigils over the past 28 months.

Members of the group "Hope For Hailey" hugged, cried, and offered prayers for the dead girl. Some talked about their many searches and months of holding out hope that Hailey would someday be found alive.

Hailey's mother Billie Jean Dunn no longer lives in Colorado City.
