Surveillance video may be showing the rest of a story KTXS news first brought you Sunday night.
Gregor Heise said a medical condition requires him to have a service dog with him at all times.
On video tape he said the staff at the Guitars and Cadillacs club, pushed and kicked his dog, after denying them entrance over the weekend.
The story took off on Facebook.
On Sunday, we spoke to the manager of Guitars and Cadillacs, Scott Goldsey, he disputed Heise's claims, but declined to comment on camera.
On Monday, the owner of Guitars and Cadillacs, David Gannaway, provided KTXS News with surveillance video. It appears to show no pushing or kicking – just Heise leaving at the request of the bar's staff.
The owner of Guitars said staff only asked Heise to leave after he got agitated and threatened to sue.
The staff of the bar said they did not deny the service dog entrance.
